FabFilter Pro-L 2 is a sophisticated true peak limiter designed for professional use, ideal for mastering or single instrument processing. It offers a variety of advanced limiting algorithms, an intuitive interface, oversampling, dithering, and precise loudness and true peak metering capabilities.

The Pro-L 2 application filters microphone input and provides real-time playback functionality. To utilize Pro-L 2 as a plugin, an AUv3-compatible host app such as Auria, AUM, or Cubasis is required. The plugin will be accessible within the list of Audio Unit extensions for effect plugins in the host application.
